Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification (any one of the following):
- Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years duration) in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), with 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- OR Master's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
Desirable Qualification:
- Prior experience in clinical trials.
- Proficiency in advanced laboratory techniques.
Note: Relevant work experience is counted only if acquired after obtaining the minimum essential qualification.
Salary & Contract Terms
The post carries a consolidated pay of Rs. 28,000 per month, plus 10% HRA (Rs. 2,800), bringing the total to approximately Rs. 30,800 per month. No additional allowances or facilities will be provided beyond this consolidated salary. This is a purely contractual position — the contract runs for one year or until the project ends (whichever is earlier), and is renewed annually based on performance. It does not entitle the candidate to any claim on a regular post at AIIMS Rishikesh.

Selection Process
